A significant raid operation was carried out on May 17, 2023, targeting a notorious seller of counterfeit shoes. The operation resulted in the confiscation of approximately 11,000 pieces of counterfeit and infringing shoes. The warehouse, filled with unopened and well-packaged cartons of various counterfeit products, predominantly comprised European and American brands. The seized goods encompassed face shoes, insoles, glues, and machinery.
Additionally, due to the substantial quantity of counterfeit shoe products confiscated, 12 machines, 8,000 shoe pieces, and 25 rolls of leather were detained in the trader’s facility until the court order is issued. Samples were taken by the authorities to be provided to the contact point, facilitating the preparation of the technical examination report.
