Major Printing Facility Producing Over 300,000 Counterfeit Packaging Units in Menofia

As part of ATB IP ongoing commitment to protecting our clients’ intellectual property rights, our enforcement team successfully supported the authorities in Monufia Governorate in uncovering a large-scale printing facility and warehouse involved in the manufacturing and printing of counterfeit cardboard packaging for a well-known global food brand.

During the operation, the authorities discovered a fully equipped print house and storage facility producing and packing more than 300,000 counterfeit boxes used for chicken stock products. The workshop was found to be operating with professional printing machinery capable of replicating high-quality branded packaging, posing a significant threat to consumer safety and brand integrity.

Thanks to the coordinated efforts between ATB IP team and the local authorities, all counterfeit materials, packaging, machinery, and equipment were seized. This action represents a major step in disrupting a sophisticated supply chain responsible for distributing counterfeit food-related packaging across multiple markets.

At ATB IP, we remain dedicated to safeguarding the intellectual property rights of our clients. Our team continues to work tirelessly, utilizing field investigations, market monitoring, and legal enforcement to identify and eliminate violations that compromise the reputation and safety of global brands.
