As part of our ongoing efforts to protect our clients’ brands and intellectual property rights, ATB Intellectual Property, in close coordination with UAE enforcement authorities, conducted a major enforcement operation targeting counterfeit trade in the UAE.
The operation involved simultaneous raids on four large warehouses used to store and distribute counterfeit body care and household products. As a result, nearly one million counterfeit items were seized equivalent to approximately six full containers of fake products.
This successful action delivers a significant blow to the counterfeit supply chain in the region and demonstrates our strong collaboration with local authorities to protect consumers and safeguard intellectual property.
